A:I actually work better under pressure.

Having an upcoming deadline helps me to stay motivated and focused.

Q:Why should we hire you?

A:Here are 4 reasons for you to hire me.

First, I’m an outgoing person, and I will fit in quickly and be a great addition to the team.

Second, My organization skill is strong, I can deal with multiple tasks at the same time.

Third, I possess outstanding communication skills and 3 years of experience in product management, making me an ideal candidate for this position.

Finally, I’m good at staying calm during stressful situations, quickly figuring out a solution, and then acting.

A:I have a graphic design background, customer service experience, and incomparable communication skills.

I can lead a team on multiple projects simultaneously and produce high quality outcomes to fulfil customers’ needs.

This combination makes me a precious manager in the design department.

以及你從這件事當中學到了什麼

Q:Tell me about a conflict you’ve faced at work, and how you dealt with it.

A:I was working as a project manager on a course project, and one of our teachers never meets the deadline of submitting his teaching materials.

I asked him to hand in the teaching materials three times, and the last time he got so angry that he yelled at me.

I calmly explained to him that his procrastination had affected our course reputation and the number of students.

And this may cause a decline in the revenue.

He thought for a while and admitted that he wasn’t good at controlling time.

I told him some tips to manage time effectively, and asked him to keep me updated.

After this incident, he started to submit teaching materials in time and we have had better cooperation ever since.

A:First, I’d like to get to know the team. Apart from that, there's a lot I want to accomplish during my first three months in the role of IT manager.

After 60 days, I want to develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.

Within 90 days, I want to design training programs and workshops for staff.
