這四個領域所需要的人才有何不同呢?</strong><br style="font-size: 16px;" /> <span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">答: </span>台灣在半導體產業的領域是排名很前面的，半導體可以簡單細分為: 上游、中游、下游。上游就是IC設計，產值是世界第二，中游則是IC製造，我們是世界第一，代表企業為台積電，他的市占率已經突破50%，這是很驚人的成果。IC封測台灣也是有一流的企業像是日月光與矽品，前陣子新聞提到這兩家公司已經合併了，所以兩家公司合併後的規模，在IC封測的世界排名中也是世界第一的。<br /> <br /> 台灣在後端測試的部分，也許有多專門的科技公司，如閎康或宜特，所以台灣在半導體後端的產業也是發展蓬勃的。台灣在全球的半導體領域的地位，其實是舉足輕重的，站穩世界第二，就看未來是否有機會成為世界第一，目前世界第一仍是美國，老師個人預計未來十年內，台灣有可能有機會成為世界第一，因為美國在這部分的發展有趨緩，但半導體在台灣產業成長的速度依然是很快的，所以在一快一慢的情況下，對於未來台灣成為半導體世界第一的機會是樂見其成的。</span><br /> <br style="font-size: 16px;" /> <span style="font-size: 16px;">至於這四部分所需的人才，像是越上游所需要的人才就要越專精，從IC設計來看，所需的人才幾乎都要是電子、電機相關系所畢業的，但IC製造所需的人才就比較沒有侷限，以台積電為例，他們需要的人才就不僅止於<a href="https://www.tkbgo.com.tw/schoolZone/toGraduate.jsp?deptId=36#content1" target="_blank">電子</a>、<a href="https://www.tkbgo.com.tw/schoolZone/toGraduate.jsp?deptId=3#content1" target="_blank">電機所</a>，更需要一些基礎物理、化工、材料，甚至是機械背景的人才，因為這部分牽涉到基礎物理，故和上游所需的人才不同。簡單來說，上游需要較專門、專業技術的人才，且最好都要有碩士、博士學歷且是電子、電機背景的，才有機會進入一流的公司，因此越上游越強調專業程度。至於下游的IC封測，因為技術門檻沒有那麼高，因此所需人才的條件限制，也就較相對較低，招募人才的條件便沒有這麼嚴格，所以即便是學機械背景，也能有機會進入半導體科技產業。</span><br style="font-size: 16px;" /> <br style="font-size: 16px;" /> <strong style="font-size: 16px;"><strong style="font-size: 16px;"><strong><strong style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 16px;">問: </span></span></strong></strong></strong>請問老師像晶圓代工是屬於上、中、下游的哪一區塊?</strong><br style="font-size: 16px;" /> <span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">答: </span>晶圓代工就是台積電，就是屬於中游的IC製作，談到晶圓代工就一定要提到台積電的張忠謀先生，這算是他全球首創的，因為早期IC設計的公司，都必須要有自己的晶圓廠，自己設計完的電路交給自己公司的晶圓廠去製造，所以早期做IC設計的公司很少，因為蓋一間晶圓廠的費用至少需幾百億需要很大的資本額，故以前IC設計多由大公司所壟斷，因進入門檻高。而台灣當時因為有張忠謀先生與聯電曹興誠先生發起晶圓代工，即台積電或聯電不做IC設計，而是幫你做IC製作，這樣做IC設計的公司就不需要去蓋一座晶圓廠，只需要將設計好的電路，交給台積電或聯電來製作。就是因為這樣的措施，讓台灣半導體在短短的二十年之間蓬勃發展，我們雖發展比別人晚，但速度卻比別人快，用二十年的時間追上美國，成為世界第二大的半導體重鎮，因為有晶圓代工的措施，讓想投入IC製造的公司不需花費很高的資本去興建晶圓廠，降低進入障礙並專注於IC設計上，因像12吋晶圓廠便需要將近1000億的資本額去蓋，故有晶圓代工後，設計完稿紙需要交給台積電或聯電去製作、去代工即可。<br /> <br /> 雖然「代工」一詞看似放不上檯面，但台積電在晶圓代工的技術是非常好、品質也是世界頂尖的，台積電的晶圓代工在全球市占率50%且毛利率高達50%(賣2元賺1元)。故不能因為代工，就輕視了台積電在晶圓代工的地位，因台積電的技術可說是全世界數一數二的。</span><br style="font-size: 16px;" /> <span style="font-size: 16px;">簡單來說，台灣早期半導體產業是打群體戰的，因為規模不大，故台灣的發展是在上、中、下游各自成立不同的公司，不像美國的規模較大，一家公司擁有一條龍的規模，自己包辦半導體的上、中、下游的技術。但台灣的半導體也漸漸朝向大規模的趨勢演進，不管是上、中、下游都有各自的領導者或霸主出現，因每個上、中、下游的領域也都逐漸朝整合發展，像是IC設計第1名的聯發科營收便已抵過第2~9名IC設計公司的營收總合，故台灣未來半導體的發展往大者恆大的趨勢是無可避免的。</span><br style="font-size: 16px;" /> <br style="font-size: 16px;" /> <br /> <strong style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 100, 0);">半導體產業最搶手的人才?
