雙主修經濟，從台北大學到清大經研所；張翔、楊莉老師功不可沒

color:#279000"><strong>六、比賽規章</strong></h2> <p><strong>比賽分為初賽、決賽兩個階段，每個題目淘汰數名參賽者，最終取出前四名給獎。</strong><br /> </p> <p><strong>初賽：</strong>全數參賽者同時競賽，進行數題（輪），淘汰至5-10名進行決賽。</p> <p style="margin-left:16px">裁判依照現場狀況公佈題目、每題時間（預計為3-5分鐘），時間到前未作答者淘汰出局。<br>參賽者利用計算機、紙筆，完成答題後，寫在答案紙並高舉作答卷，宣告完成（由裁判紀錄判定）。宣告完成之參賽者不得再作答、更改答案及使用計算機。<br /> 主持人計時中止後，公佈答案，由裁判檢視答對與否。「答錯者」、「未能在時限內答題者」，將淘汰出局（每題時間以現場主持人或裁判公告為準）。<br /> 剩餘參賽者進行初賽下一輪。（每題間，可能有需要配合移動位置；主持人會公告是否為最後一輪）<br /> 若有時間到點前完成與否之爭議，判決權依序交給當天裁判長、當時最靠近之裁判、主持人，以現場職權人員宣告為準。<br /> </p> <p><strong>決賽：</strong>取至多十名參賽者進入決賽，每輪題目淘汰一名參賽者。淘汰規則如下：</p> <p style="margin-left:16px">答題速度與正確性為晉級要件。<br /> 當剩餘最後一位選手尚未完成題目時，裁判給予額外30秒時間供最後一位選手作答（時間到時，其不得繼續作答；其餘選手不得更改已完成之答案）。<br /> 依照答題完成之順序，「由後至先」檢視答題正確性，將第一個檢覆到錯誤之參賽者淘汰出局。<br /> 若全數參賽者都答對，淘汰最慢答對之參賽者。<br /> 剩餘兩人時：進行驟死PK賽。公佈題目後，同決賽規則淘汰參賽者，但也會檢視先舉手者是否答對題目。若雙方皆答對，先答對者為冠軍；有任一方答錯、一方答對，則答對者為冠軍；若雙方皆答錯，則替換題目進行下一輪，直至冠軍產生。<br /> 若現場作答時間過長，主裁判有權直接淘汰尚未作答之參賽者。<br /> </p> <p style="margin-left:16px">▶決賽之例子說明：現有五位參賽者ABCDE進行比賽，ABCD已依序完成答題，E有額外30秒作答時間。時間到後，由EDCBA之順序檢驗答對與否，假設E答對，D答對，C答錯，則直接淘汰C；其餘B、A不再檢驗答對與否，由ABDE進行下一輪題目競賽。若ABCDE皆答對，則將最後答對的E淘汰；由ABCD進行下一輪題目競賽。</p> <p><strong>排名決定方式：依被淘汰順序決定名次。</strong>（最後沒被淘汰者第一、最後被淘汰者第二依此類推）</p> <a id="2" name="2"></a> <h2 style="font-size:18pt;
