面試官想知道的是求職者面對問題時會如何解決
因此回答時需注重在說明你過去是如何有效解決問題
◎ 建議盡量回答和應徵的職位有關聯的經驗
也可以談談你從這樣的挑戰中學到了什麼
你會如何將其應用在他們公司的職位上
假設你想應徵的是一個需要與客戶面對面的工作
那麼你就可以用你遇到奧客的應對方式來回答
A：My team members got into a fight while we were making the graduation project.
One of them was too busy at her part-time job to make a contribution to our project or even join our discussion.
Although she didn’t skip the discussion on purpose, another team member felt it was unfair and got angry about her indifferent attitude toward our project.
I was worried that this conflict between our group will lead to a delay in our progress of the project.
Therefore, I came up with a good way to resolve the problem. I asked them to sit together and I gave each person a piece of paper to write down the behavior they didn’t like about each other.
Then I asked them to exchange the paper and write down the solution to the problem.
In the final step, I asked them to switch the paper back, so they would realize what their problems were, and how to deal with it.
Fortunately, I solved this conflict successfully, and our project finished in time.

A：I took a break from my career because I wanted to spend some time enriching myself.
During this time, I took some online courses to further my skills and did volunteer work on weekends.
Now I’m ready to take on new challenges and get back into the workforce.

A：I’ve applied to a number of opportunities that will allow me to use my skills in hiring and interviewing staff, but this position is most exciting to me.
Because it seems that this role will really allow me to demonstrate my excellent verbal and organizational skills, which I find very appealing.
