但是面試官也需要更加了解這些工作經歷背後的人
來確認你是否適合這份工作
找出你的一項優點或特質(在履歷中較為不明顯的)
你可以強調為什麼你想申請這份工作
如果被雇用，你願意投入大量精力
A：I’d like you to know that I have always shown great dedication at work.
An accountant requires high concentration while researching and analyzing accounting data.
As your accountant, I’d use this trait to efficiently and effectively prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries.

面試官想知道你是否能順利融入公司的工作環境

把你的個性、特質與工作做連結
告訴面試官你的特質將如何使他們的公司受益
A：My colleagues have told me that they value my reliability, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
They praised me as a good leader because I always listen to and consider their opinion before making important decisions.
In addition, I’m good at staying calm during unanticipated situations, quickly figuring out a solution, and then acting.

安排工作的優先度會影響項目的成功、團隊的參與度
以及你作為領導者的角色
回答這題，可以依照下方4點來構思：
1. 列出所有的工作項目：
把一天內要完成的所有事情列出來
這時候先別去在意順序或工作項目的數量
這個步驟將會幫助你確定如何準確地分配時間
2. 依照緊急程度、重要性排列：
確認是否有需要立即處理的項目
(如果沒有在今天結束前
或接下來的幾個小時內完成
將會產生嚴重的負面後果)。
例如：錯過客戶定的截止日期、錯過出版或發布期限
3. 評估工作項目的價值：
可以透過查看有多少人受到你的工作的影響
來評估該工作項目的價值。
一般來說，這項工作參與或影響的人越多，價值越高
4. 按照工作所需時間排序：
專家建議先處理需要較長時間的工作
不過也有些人覺得在執行複雜的工作之前
將一項項小任務從清單中剔除會很有動力
★ 總而言之，這個步驟其實沒有正確答案

I identified an opportunity that everyone thought impracticable.
Despite being unsupported, I still try to make a pitch to win new business.
Finally, I not only successfully attracted the client with my creative ideas but also impressed my supervisors.

A：We all know that nowadays people prefer typing than writing, right?
But writing with pens is actually a good way that we leave our mark.
Typing words are fast and efficient; nevertheless, I think handwriting conveys beauty and emotions.
Imagine this. You receive a birthday card with printed words. You may be happy.
But if you receive a handwritten birthday card, you could feel totally different.
I’m sure you would be moved by the handwritten text more than a printed one, and that’s why pens still matter in the modern world.
